About Us: At Order Digital, we specialise in driving orders to restaurants and takeaways through our bespoke online ordering and marketing software. Our offering is powerful because, unlike expensive third-party food portals, we enable our clients to generate online orders directly at a fraction of the cost, resulting in lower prices for customers and increased profits for our clients.

Your Role With Us: As a Customer Success Support Specialist, your role will involve onboarding new clients and managing existing ones by understanding their needs and providing exceptional support. We will provide comprehensive training for this role, empowering you to excel.

Your Responsibilities (Full Training Given):

  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new clients. This includes loading menus, setting up discounts, managing our onboarding process and helping us configure the apps and websites for each client.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Customer Success Focus: Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes. Collaborate with them to identify areas for improvement in their sales and marketing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact and maintaining regular communication to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights, and collaborating on customer requirements to achieve shared goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support tickets, and generate reports to drive informed decision-making.
