Position: Counter Assistant
Job Description:
The Counter Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high product quality in a fast-paced environment. They will help customers select products, answer questions, and assist customers in making their selections. The Counter Assistant will help to maintain a clean and organized work station, which includes tidying up around the counter, cleaning the work stations, and cleaning up the store after hours.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they come into the store and provide a friendly greeting upon entering the store
- Answer customers’ questions about products
- Confirm prices and confirm product selections
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
