We are currently supporting an an award-winning reward and benefits solutions provider, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Group Risk Administrator. This role offers a chance to provide exceptional service to clients while developing your skills and advancing your career.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently service and renew all new and existing group risk policies
- Provide general administration support to ensure smooth operations
- Confirm and track underwriting requirements
- Prepare information for scheme re-broking
- Process claims promptly and accurately

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administration role within the Group Risk or Benefits industry
- Ideally hold GR1 Group Risk/Certificate in Financial Administration/Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP)
- Working towards CII Diploma in Financial Planning would be highly desirable
