Job Description:
We are a well-established, small business seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our fun and friendly team as a Warehouse Team Member. This is not ad hoc temporary work; we are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career in the warehousing industry. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. While some experience is beneficial, we prioritize a can-do attitude and the desire to become a valued member of our team. This role may involve physical demands, including heavy lifting, as well as DIY skills for our custom orders. Additionally, flexibility to assist with covering annual leave for other team members is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
- Completion of the Indeed skills test is required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Physically capable of handling heavy lifting and meeting the demands of the role.
- DIY skills for custom order assembly.
- Availability to assist with covering annual leave for other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process, pick, and pack orders.
- Safely and efficiently unload pallet deliveries.
- Conduct accurate stocktaking.
- Process returns.
- Assemble custom orders.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
- Adhere to company systems and processes within the warehouse.
