We are seeking motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Agents to join our team. This commission-based position offers a flexible schedule and the potential to earn up to £500 per enrolled student.
You will play an important role in attracting and enrolling students in our higher education programmes. You must have a track record of successful recruitment, prior expertise with lead generating, and the ability to communicate clearly both vocally and in writing.
Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential students through various recruitment channels.
- Provide accurate information about our programs and admission requirements.
- Guide students in selecting the right program based on their qualifications and goals.
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for HR approval and coordinate background checks for enrolled students.
- Build relationships with prospective students and maintain a pool of applicants for future openings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse students.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in lead generation and using social media platforms.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Pay:
Entirely commission-based: £250-500 per enrolled student (performance-based)
